We make every effort to insure that you get excellent service and the highest quality flowers.
We are dedicated to delivering your orders in a timely manner. The actual time your order is delivered is affected by the time of day your order is placed, the method of delivery and shipping, weather conditions and whether or not the destination is a remote location.
Floral Order Delivery Times
Most florist shops make deliveries during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9 AM to 6 PM, and more limited hours on Saturdays. Regional and local conditions vary and because we deal with a wide range of time zones and local conditions, we are unable to guarantee requests for specific times or specific hourly ranges of time. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery but must be approved via verbal or email confirmation. Additional delivery fees may be required for specific time deliveries.
When the Recipient is Not Home
Generally, the following are industry standard delivery practices. Most florists employ professional delivery personnel who will make the best decision on delivering your gift depending on local or regional conditions.
The florist may choose to leave the arrangement with a building manager and tag the recipient's door stating where the item was left; or, if the area is secure and weather permits, the florist may leave the item at the door. The florist may tag the recipient's door noting a delivery attempt was made and asking the recipient to call and arrange a convenient re-delivery time and place. The florist may choose to call the recipient first to arrange a convenient delivery time. If the recipient works, we suggest delivery to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect addresses and phone numbers may result in a delay of delivery.
International Floral Deliveries
Due to the many time zones served, we can guarantee floral delivery to most countries within 4 business days. There are exceptions: some countries require more notice (up to 7 business days) and some countries have rush delivery available (within 2 business days). We can confirm delivery day at time of order. Kindly keep in mind the international desk is open Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Central Time. We can request AM or PM delivery but cannot guarantee a specific time. Our experience is that most florists will honor a specific time for a funeral or special event if ordered far enough in advance. Kindly keep in mind Holidays in other countries will vary from ours. Every country has different minimums for delivery. Our experience is that most minimums are quite nice (especially in European countries). An international wire fee (in addition to our service fee) of $12 will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
We process your request as soon as we receive it. Because of the importance placed on timely delivery, kindly keep in mind it is sometimes difficult to stop a delivery attempt or a placed order. Cancellation must be done prior to delivery and always within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellation requests made after the 24 hour period will be subject to a 20% fee. No cancellation requests will be honored for goods already delivered. All quality issues will be resolved with a replacement.
Substitution Policy
If our florist is out of a particular decorative element, i.e. a
specific basket, vase, plush, etc., the florist may substitute a similar
element of equal or greater value. We select creative florists to be
on our team who professionally recreate our
designs based on their creative interpretation.
The "look and feel" of our arrangements featured
will remain similar, with our florists paying
careful attention to overall shape, size, style,
and color combinations. There may be some variance due to designer interpretation.
Our florist will use only the freshest flowers, and will make substitutions
depending on seasonal and regional availability. In single-variety arrangements only, variety will take preference
over color. For instance, if a florist is out of “yellow tulips,"
typically, they will substitute another color of tulips, not another
yellow flower. Our return policy is simple and hassle-free.
You may return any hard good item for a full value on the
item purchase price - excluding shipping &
handling fees, as long as the product is in its
original resaleable condition.
A credit will be issued to the sender's credit
card within 30 days of receipt and inspection
of the item.
If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt
and inspection, a gift certificate will be issued to the recipient.
Perishable items - We are unable to accept
returns on perishable items.
Any quality issues should be resolved with an
item replacement and new delivery date.
