  1. Same day delivery

    Our florist fulfilled items can be delivered on the same day during non-holiday periods, if the order is placed before12:00pm Monday through Friday in the recipient's time zone. Our floral designers will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during normal business hours (9 a.m. - 6 p.m.).

  2. Order Confirmation

    We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us with a valid email address. We will advise you we have received your order and that it is pending, as well as a confirmation of the requested delivery date once delivery has been made.

  3. Changes to order information

    If you have any concerns about changing your order, you can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

    We can implement any changes to information (other than special orders) or updates you have on your order up to one day prior to delivery.

  4. Sunday Delivery

    We can not guarantee Sunday delivery. Sunday delivery is available in some metropolitan areas and during certain seasons in parts of the country. We can request Sunday delivery but a second choice of Saturday or Monday delivery needs to be made.

  5. Juneau Outlying Area Delivery

    Because Juneau City and Borough is approximately the size of Rhode Island, Miss Scarlett has divided the outlying areas into Tiers. Each Tier is assigned a delivery fee based on distance, parking, walking time and security. When your address is within one of these outlying areas, we will email you with the additional delivery fee listed below. Tier One and Tier Two are the default delivery fee listed on the web site. You will be notified via email if your address is in Tiers Three through Eight.

    TIER ONE: $9.95 Downtown, Douglas, Lemon Creek, Immediate Valley to 13 mile.

    TIER TWO: $12.95 Thane Rd, 4500-8999 N Douglas Hwy, 8000-15000 Mendenhall Loop Rd, Men Pen Rd, Fritz Cove Rd, Engineers Cut Off, Douglas, Aurora and Harris Harbor, 13 mile to 16 mile (13000-15999).

    TIER THREE: $15.00 9000-15000 N Douglas Hwy., 16 mile to 19 mile (16000-18999).

    TIER FOUR: $20.00 19 mile to 22 mile (19000-21999), Auke Bay Harbor Docks.

    TIER FIVE: $25.00 22 mile to 26 mile (22000-25999).

    TIER SIX: $30.00 26 mile to 36 mile (26000-36000), Downtown Ships at Dock, Auke Bay Harbor Outer Breakwater, minimum freight to Bush Communities Skagway, Haines, Hoonah, Angoon, Gustavus, Glacier Bay, Kake.

    TIER SEVEN: $40.00 Downtown Ships at Lighter.

    TIER EIGHT: $50.00 minimum freight /delivery for Alaskan Communities serviced via Alaska Airlines.
