Please note Tier One and Two are the default delivery fee listed on the web site. If your address is in Tier Three through Eight, we will email you with the additional delivery fee.

TIER ONE: Downtown Juneau, Douglas, Salmon Creek, Lemon Creek, Immediate Mendenhall Valley, N Douglas to 4499: $9.95 per stop (default)

TIER TWO: 300 S Franklin and up, Thane Rd, 4500 - 8999 N Douglas, 8000-15000 Mendenhall Loop Rd, Men Pen Rd, Fritz Cove Rd, Engineers Cut Off, 13 mile to 16 mile (13000-15999), Douglas, Aurora & Harris Harbors: default $9.95 per stop

TIER THREE: N Douglas 9000 to end, 16 mile to 19 mile (16000-18999), Auke Bay Harbor Docks (does not include outer breakwater): Add $5.00 per stop

TIER FOUR: 19000 mile - 21999 mile: add $10.00 per stop

TIER FIVE: 22000 mile - 25999, Auke Bay Outer Breakwater, Downtown ships at dock: Add $15.00 per stop

TIER SIX: 26000 mile- 36000: Add $20 per stop

TIER SEVEN: Downtown ships at lighter: Add $25.00 per ship.

Bush Communities Delivery via Small Plane

24 hour notice required. Due to circumstances beyond our control: freight via common carrier, weather, mechanical difficulties, etc., we cannot guarantee that flowers to bush communities will arrive on a specific day nor a particular time. Further, we cannot guarantee flowers beyond delivery to the common carrier. In fact, if flowers are for a particular occasion (birthday, anniversary, event), we recommend placing the order 3-4 days ahead of the event so we can send flowers out 2 days ahead of a specific date. In the event of bad weather, etc., an order placed early has a good chance of getting to the recipient on time.

Orders via common carrier are airport to airport. While some small airlines will deliver the flowers, in most cases the recipient will have to pick up the flowers from the airport. Unless you are ordering flowers to yourself, freight must be paid in advance.

Boxing/Packing Fee: $10 per box

Juneau Delivery to Airline: $10 per airline

Freight via small plane: $15 minimum (weight and volume dependant)

Bush Communities via Jet

24 hour notice required. Keep in mind (especially in winter months) that jet service to these communities can be limited (once daily). Therefore it is crucial that you place your order early enough so we have time to make all the connections. We recommend 3-4 days ahead of your event.

Delivery from the freight office is available for an extra fee. $25 minimum. (Delivery fees will vary with each community. Please confirm at time of order.)

Local Delivery Windows and Fees

WINDOW TWO: noon - 4:30 pm (must be ordered by 12 pm same day)

WINDOW THREE: 3 pm - 6 pm (must be ordered by 2 pm same day)

SPECIFIC LOCATION DELIVERIES

These locations require extra effort and time to deliver to (such as stringent security screening, etc.) therefore there are extra service fees.

Juneau Tram Top: $100.00
